Why healthcare-district elections matter
Community healthcare district directors govern a distinct local public agency responsible for decisions about local healthcare services and public resources. The election is not limited to residents inside the city limits of Big Bear Lake; it follows the health district’s legal voter boundaries. No winning candidates have been certified.
